1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

• The service or product was not delivered.
• There was a verified error on our part.
• A cancellation was made within 24 hours of payment.

2. Non-Refundable Items

• Completed custom or tailored projects.
• Services that have already been delivered or significantly started.

3. Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please send a formal request via email within three (3) days of the transaction.
