Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be issued if:

• The service/product was not delivered.

• There was a verified error on our part.

• A cancellation was made within 24 hours of payment.
  
  

2. Non-Refundable Items

• Completed custom projects.

• Services already delivered or significantly started.
  
  

3. Process

To initiate a refund, send a request to request a refund within 3 days of transaction.

Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
